Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you must not do when using Crazy-Odds, to keep competitions fair and the platform secure for everyone. It applies alongside our Terms and Conditions.

• Create more than one account, or attempt to enter a single competition more times than the stated per-customer purchase limit through multiple accounts.
• Use bots, scripts, browser extensions, or any automated or semi-automated means to enter competitions, answer skill questions, or interact with the Site.
• Attempt to determine, guess, share, or exploit the correct answer to a skill question other than by your own genuine knowledge or judgement.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or its systems, or breach any security or authentication measures.
• Use the referral programme to refer yourself, or create accounts for the purpose of generating fraudulent commission.
• Use false, stolen, or someone else's payment details.
• Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload or transmit anything unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or that infringes another person's rights.
• Use the Site for any purpose other than entering competitions and managing your account or agent activity as intended.

• We may suspend or close your account, void affected entries, and withhold or reverse any prize or commission connected to the breach.
• We may report suspected fraud or unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
• Where a breach affects a specific competition's entries, we will act in line with the fairness and audit-trail principles described in our Terms and Conditions.
